LAZULI respects your wish to remain anonymous and we do not sell or rent the information you provide us, nor do we purchase data on our customers. Your information will only be used internally to better develop our customer relationships and to provide you with the best possible service. AVAILABILITY

In order to continue providing you with unique and innovative designs, many items in the LAZULI collection are limited in quantity. If we do not have an item in stock, you will be contacted with the option of a backorder or cancellation. Credit card charges for any out of stock items will be refunded but all available items in your order will be charged and shipped.

EXCHANGES

It is important to us that you are happy with your LAZULI purchase. In the event that you require an exchange or store credit, please call us at 617.375.7879 to receive a return authorization number. We are not held responsible for any unauthorized packages sent to us. LAZULI will accept returns of unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds. Please note that original and return shipping fees are non refundable. For your protection we recommend that you send all returned items via an insured carrier. Sale items are FINAL SALE without exception. This return policy only applies only to purchases made at LAZULI's Boston showroom and at www.lazulijewelry.com.

Exchanges
To exchange your order, please send your unsued items along with a copy of your receipt, your return authorization number, and a list of the items that you would like to receive in exchange.

Store Credit
Please follow the same procedure as above. Upon receipt of your return, you will be emailed a store credit code which can be redeemed online at any time.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

All orders are double checked for quality assurance prior to leaving our Boston showroom, however, very rarely, items may be damaged or lost during shipment. LAZULI must be notified of any damaged or missing items within 5 days of receipt.

TAX

Packages shipped within Massachusetts will be charged the mandatory 5% sales tax.
