In the event that you require an exchange or store credit, please call us at 617.375.7879 to receive a return authorization number. We are not held responsible for any unauthorized packages sent to us. DT will accept returns of unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. No cash refunds. Please note that original and return shipping fees are non refundable. For your protection we recommend that you send all returned items via an insured carrier. Sale items are FINAL SALE without exception. This return policy only applies only to purchases made at www.decemberthieves.com.
To exchange your order, please send your unused items along with a copy of your receipt, your return authorization number, and a list of the items that you would like to receive in exchange.

Please follow the same procedure as above. Upon receipt of your return, you will be emailed a store credit code which can be redeemed online at any time.
PLEASE NOTE- free shipping will not be granted on exchanged items. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping fees and the amount due will be deducted from your store credit.
All orders are double checked for quality assurance prior to leaving our Boston store, however, very rarely, items may be damaged or lost during shipment. December Thieves must be notified of any damaged or missing items within 5 days of receipt.

Packages shipped within Massachusetts will be charged the mandatory 6.25% sales tax if applicable.
